Aleksa Rajić

Aleksa Rajić is a multimedia production student at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts and a producer at the Kulturni element association. He is actively involved in the development and realization of cultural and creative projects through event organization, production, communication with partners, and the development of creative collaborations.

During his studies, he worked on several short films and multimedia projects, developing experience in directing, screenwriting, acting, cinematography, and complete film production. He is the author of several film scripts, notably the short film "Dim" (Smoke), which he wrote, directed, and acted in. He has worked as a director and director of photography on documentary projects, while in the production of a music TV show dedicated to the ex-YU music scene, he led the visual concept and shooting realization.

He graduated from the theoretical department at the "Stevan Mokranjac" Music School in Požarevac, where he acquired his musical education and experience playing the violin, piano, and guitar, which further shaped his artistic expression and understanding of music in audiovisual media.

In addition to his film work, Aleksa develops original media formats, including a podcast focused on authentic and young artists, where he leads the creative direction, production organization, and coordination. Within the Kulturni element organization, he participates in planning cultural initiatives, communicating with sponsors and partners, as well as developing new creative concepts. His interests include film, music, cultural production, and creative storytelling.
