Tamara Kukolj

Tamara Kukolj is a producer-in-training and a multimedia production student at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade. Before entering the world of art and production, she swam professionally for ten years, during which she was a member of the Serbian national team. Her sports experience shaped her discipline, team spirit, and dedication to work, which she applies today in the field of creative production and multimedia projects.

Through her studies and practical work, she is focused on developing projects in the field of audiovisual arts, events, and contemporary multimedia production, currently as a member of the Kulturni element organization. She is particularly interested in the organization and realization of artistic events, working with performers and creative teams, as well as the process of turning an idea into a realized project. As a trainee producer, she actively participates in production processes, gaining experience in planning, coordination, and the realization of various projects.
