Accessibility

• Semantic structure — pages use <header>, <nav>, <main>, <article> and a heading hierarchy so screen readers can navigate.
• Text alternatives — informative images have descriptions; decorative ones are marked so assistive technology skips them.
• Keyboard navigation — menu, forms, cookie banner and video/map buttons can be used with a keyboard.
• Responsive layout — the site works on desktops, tablets and phones, and text can be enlarged up to 200%.
• Two scripts and English — content is available in Cyrillic, Latin and, for the most part, in English.
• No automatic third-party loading — videos and maps load only on request.

Some older project and news pages have not yet been fully reviewed; some archive photos lack detailed descriptions, and posters (images containing text) have no full text equivalent. Third-party content (YouTube, Google Maps) has its own limitations. We are fixing these gradually.

We check the site periodically with automated tools (e.g. Lighthouse) and manually, including keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process.
