Guest visit of the Director of the Opera in Algiers

At the initiative of the Kulturni element organization, Belgrade was visited by Mr. Nour Eddine Saoudi, Director of the Opera in Algiers. This significant guest visit was carefully organized and realized in agreement with His Excellency Abdelhamid Chebchoub, Ambassador of Algeria to Serbia.

During his stay in our capital, Mr. Saoudi had a series of significant meetings and tours. His visit to the National Museum in Belgrade stands out in particular, where he had the opportunity to become acquainted in detail with the rich cultural, historical, and artistic heritage of Serbia, which left a strong impression on the distinguished guest.

Establishing international cooperation

The crown of this visit was the official signing of a cooperation protocol between the Opera in Algiers and two prestigious domestic theater institutions – the National Theatre in Belgrade and the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre in Zemun.

These signed agreements represent an important step towards establishing lasting cultural ties, exchanging artists, knowledge, and potential joint productions in the future. Kulturni element is extremely proud to have been the initiator, mediator, and main organizer of this historic meeting that connects the cultures of our two nations.
