Cooperation Agreement with the Association of the Blind of Serbia

Kulturni Element is proud to announce the signing of a cooperation protocol with the Association of the Blind of Serbia. The signing took place at the Association's premises, where we also had the honour of visiting the Braille library – the largest on the Balkans.

About the Cooperation

Through this protocol, Kulturni Element and the Association of the Blind of Serbia formalise their commitment to making culture accessible to everyone, regardless of sensory limitations. The cooperation entails concrete steps towards inclusivity in the cultural programmes of our organisation.

One of the first visible measures of this cooperation is the decision that the International Solo Singers Competition "Lazar Jovanović" will, from this year onwards, offer a Braille edition of its catalogue in addition to the standard one. Through this step, the competition becomes accessible to audiences with visual impairments as well.

The Significance of the Partnership

Kulturni Element believes that art has the power to connect and include. The partnership with the Association of the Blind of Serbia is not merely a formal act – it is a confirmation of our value that culture must be a space in which everyone can participate and feel welcome.

We thank the Association of the Blind of Serbia for their warm welcome, trust and the enthusiasm with which they embraced this cooperation.
