Krosna at the Belgrade Philharmonic Hall

On Saturday, 17 December 2022, in the packed hall of the Belgrade Philharmonic, Kulturni Element presented one of the season's most exciting premieres – a concert performance of the ballet Krosna for chamber ensemble and string orchestra.

About the Work

Krosna is a composition by Olga Jovanović, which in this form speaks through the combined power of strings, wind instruments and vocal soloists. The work blends the archaic symbolism of weaving with a contemporary musical language, creating a unique experience that speaks simultaneously of the past and the present.
