As part of the educational tour "The Art of Success", the lecture and workshop titled "Method and Principle of Success – start on the right path!" addresses one of today's greatest challenges: the confusion and lethargy of young people. This interactive project is successfully held across Serbia in cultural centers, including notable lectures in Kruševac and Smederevo.
The author and host of the workshop is Tadija Miletić, a director, dramaturg, motivational speaker, Mensa member, and founder of the organization "Cultural Element". Through open dialogue and practical examples, he highlights the problem of young people who, lacking energy and enthusiasm, statically await their future instead of actively creating it themselves.
The conclusion of this lecture is that it is of crucial importance to dedicate ourselves to future generations precisely through such projects. This individual and unique approach creates new young hopes who will better understand the traps of today's time, actively deal with them, and ultimately defeat them.
