Biography

Tadija Miletić (Belgrade) is a Serbian director, dramaturg, and motivational speaker, founder of the Kulturni element organization, associate professor at the Academy of Arts and the Faculty of Contemporary Arts, where he also worked as head of the drama department. He is the director of the "Lazar Jovanović" International Competition of Solo Singers, president of the Historic Ships Network association, and founder of the Cultural Institute Art Educational Center. He is one of the most intelligent living Serbs according to Mensa Serbia, where he was also a long-time board member. He has realized over thirty operas, plays, and projects.

Education

He graduated from the "Stanković" High Music School in 2005 (piano, theory, solo singing). During high school, he attended optional lectures at the Faculty of Philosophy, the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, and the Faculty of Music. He trained athletics professionally under the famous Franjo Mihalić. He graduated in 2011 from the Academy of Arts (dramaturgy) in the class of Siniša Kovačević. He completed his master's studies in directing at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in the class of Nikita Milivojević.

He enrolled in doctoral studies in Multimedia Arts in 2019 at the University of Arts in Belgrade. He perfected his skills at international conferences (RESEO, UNESCO) and masterclasses ("Michael Chekhov Method", "Leadership"). He is the recipient of the prestigious international scholarship of the Mensa International Foundation (one of 5 winners worldwide).

Career

He began his career in 2007 at the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre. From 2008 to 2014, he worked for the BITEF festival, where he launched the archive formation project. In 2011, he founded Kulturni element. He was the author of the "Trace of Generations" exhibition (2015) in cooperation with the Belgrade City Museum. He pursued professional development in Monte Carlo, Monaco, and Nagoya, Japan.

Since 2019, he has been an associate professor at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts. From 2023 to 2025, he taught at the Institute for Artistic Dance. Since 2025, he has been teaching at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade.
