Mina Rašić is a member of the Kulturni element team and a multimedia production student with experience on film projects and audiovisual content, most often as a production assistant.

Experience

Working on various projects, she has developed skills in organisation, coordination and team communication, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work with different departments.

She gained further experience volunteering at cultural and film festivals, where she was part of organising and running cultural events.
