Aleksa Rajić is a producer at Kulturni element and a multimedia production student at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade. He is actively involved in developing and delivering cultural and creative projects through event organisation, production, partner communication and building creative collaborations.

Film and audiovisual work

During his studies he has worked on a number of short films and multimedia projects, gaining experience in directing, screenwriting, acting, camera and full film production. He has written several screenplays, most notably the short film “Dim” (Smoke), which he wrote, directed and acted in.

On documentary projects he has worked as director and director of photography, and in the production of a music TV show dedicated to the ex-Yugoslav music scene he led the visual concept and the shoot.

Music education

He completed the theory department of the “Stevan Mokranjac” Music School in Požarevac, where he gained a musical education and experience playing the violin, piano and guitar — which further shaped his artistic expression and his understanding of music in audiovisual media.

Original formats

Alongside his film work he develops original media formats, including a podcast dedicated to authentic young artists, where he leads the creative direction, production and delivery. His interests span film, music, cultural production and creative storytelling.
