Do you love to write? Want to find out how to easily and quickly come up with any kind of text? Do you write a blog, poems, or promotional texts? Having trouble with inspiration? Don't know when a piece of work is good and when it's not? Finding it difficult to put your thoughts into words? Answers to all these questions are provided by the educational workshop and lecture "Writing, Idea and Inspiration", by author and lecturer Tadija Miletić, dramaturge, director, and member of the presidency of Mensa Serbia.
The lecture is based on the premise that each of us is an author and that we are constantly engaged in writing, commenting, and using our abilities to create in written form. Consequently, the workshop covers the basics of form and content of every written work, regardless of exactly which literary form it is.
Based on the basic rules of dramaturgy, the principles of Jack Canfield, and popular examples from literature, music, and films, workshop participants have the opportunity to learn how a work is created from scratch to the final brilliant version. During the lecture, examples from literature are analyzed, most of which are from elementary and high school reading lists, which facilitates understanding the essence of what the author actually wanted to say.
This workshop was held for the first time in Belgrade in 2016 in collaboration with Mensa Serbia, as part of marking seventy years of International Mensa. Due to great interest, the lecture experienced numerous editions, including a notable guest appearance at the University Gallery in Kragujevac in September 2017. The purpose of the lecture is to encourage participants to develop a successful system on how to effortlessly write the things they need and how to convey their inner poetics in such a way that anyone can easily accept and enjoy it.
