As a grand finale to the New Year's program of the Cultural Element and the sixth season of the capital art project Musical Vaults of Belgrade, a choreodrama titled "Pirot Fairy Tale" was broadcast on January 15, 2021. This project successfully rounds off a cycle of three stage works deeply rooted in rich national tradition and inspired by the permanent museum exhibition.
In the historic space of the Residence of Princess Ljubica, the intertwining of contemporary ballet expression and dramatic narrative brought the motifs and spirit of folk creation to life. The project featured talented members of the youth ballet company: Polikseni Kurtanović, Lana Migrić, Olja Aleksić, Sofija Grbić, and Lazar Tirić, while the role of the narrator was masterfully performed by Željko Krstić, a student from the Faculty of Contemporary Arts.
The complete direction and artistic concept of the project are signed by Tadija Miletić. This musical-theatrical season, which continuously enriches the cultural offer of the capital in collaboration with the Museum of the City of Belgrade, was realized with the significant support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia.
