Terms of Use

All content on the site — texts, photographs, video and audio, graphics, logos and design — belongs to the Kulturni element Association or to the authors we work with and is protected by the Serbian Law on Copyright and Related Rights. Photographs and artworks belong to their authors and may be used only as described in section 2.

You may copy content for personal, non-commercial use, and quote parts of texts or images for information purposes, clearly credited (“Kulturni element”) with a link to the original page. Media may use materials from the press kit, crediting the source and photographers.

Without prior written consent you may not modify or adapt content, use it commercially, remove authorship notices, or use it in a way that harms the reputation of the association or the authors. Requests: info@kulturnielement.org.

Shop items (bookmarks, badges, posters and publications) are ordered by email via the cart on the site. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and send the total amount including delivery and payment instructions. Prices are in Serbian dinars and final — the association is not registered for VAT.

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, with a refund of the amount paid; return costs are borne by you. Posters are printed to order in the size you choose, so under the Serbian Consumer Protection Law the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. We are liable for defective items as provided by law — send complaints to info@kulturnielement.org with your order and a photo; you will receive a reply within eight days.

E-books bought through external platforms (Gumroad, Payhip) are subject to those platforms’ terms.

We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on the site, for interruptions of service or for third-party content.

The site contains links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they process data.

We may change these terms; changes apply from publication on this page and the date of the last change is always shown. Orders received before a change are governed by the terms valid at the time of ordering.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
