The projects are in their inception and continuous expansion. All four platforms are being actively developed and updated.

About the Project

The Serbian Historical Corpus represents a major umbrella project whose primary goal is the digitization, protection, and preservation of national identity. In the era of accelerated technological development, this project strives to translate Serbia's rich cultural and historical heritage into a digital format, making it accessible to researchers, experts, and the general public worldwide.

"Preserving the past through the technologies of the future is the foundation of the Serbian Historical Corpus."

This ambitious network consists of four specialized platforms whose complete digital infrastructure was created by the agency Digital Element. Each of the platforms is dedicated to a specific segment of Serbian heritage – from the study of family coats of arms and national heraldry, through mapping the history of dramatic arts and theater, to the cataloging of Serbian endowments and the preservation of general cultural heritage.
